Our Employee Wellness Training is suitable for all employees

Course Duration: 4 days
Course Objective:

We live in an ever-changing world – a world with constant pressures and challenges. Unfortunately so few of us receive adequate training in life-skills, and therefore we constantly struggle and fall behind.

Through this Employee Wellness Training course – which we run throughout South Africa – all delegates are provided with valuable methods and tools to manage their personal well-being and interaction with others, both at work and in their personal lives.

           – Understanding the 5 modes / styles of handling conflict
           – Identifying our instinctive mode
           – The 3rd side – becoming a 3rd sider

  • Temper and anger management
  •        – Pulling it all together: the 3rd side perspective

  • Envisioning and goal setting
  •        – Understanding the difference and links between personal vision, mission, objectives, goals, strategy and values
           – Basing your vision, mission, objectives and goals on your values
           – Identifying your vision, mission, objectives and goals for all 4 aspects of your life:

  • Taking ownership: Accountability and responsibility
