    Legal contract:
    By completing and submitting this form, you and your organisation understand and acknowledge that:
    • you are the duly authorised company representative, and
    • you have entered into a valid legal contract with POP Training and Consulting, and
    • you and your company are bound by the terms and conditions thereof.
    Payment: A 25% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance to be paid prior to the event.
    Cancellations / no shows: Should you be unable to attend, written cancellation must be received by POP Training and Consulting at least 5 working days prior to the start of the course, in which case a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. Should cancellations be made less than 5 days prior to the course, you are liable for payment of the full fee prior to the date of the event. Payments not received by the event date will attract interest at prime plus 2%.
    Transfers: There is no fee for substituting one delegate with another.
    Cancellations /rescheduling: In the event that POP Training and Consulting has to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, POP Training and Consulting is not liable for any cost for any transportation, accommodation or any other costs whatsoever incurred by prospective delegates.
    The course fee includes: Learners Manual / Workbook, Attendance Certificate, Lunch and Refreshments. We acknowledge that not all learners wish to be assessed against Unit Standards. Hence assessments fees are excluded from course fees and are available on request.
