This letter bears reference to my dealing with POP Training and Consulting as a preferred provider for soft skills training at our company, and also to Ron Scherer as the facilitator.
We have been running various courses since December 2018 with POP, including:
- Employment Equity Training
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
- Shop Stewards Training
I have always found my dealing with POP training and Consulting professional.The pre-training process is well managed with quoting and invoicing done in a timeous manner.They have always been accommodating to our complicated schedule and have made an effort to understandour business and the challenges that we face. By doing this they have also beenable to correctly advise thetype of training interventions needed. Post training support to learners is made available. Feedback and assessments on assignments is encouraging and positive to encourage a continuous learning journey.Ron is an energetic facilitator with a wealth of knowledge form his time spent in large corporate enterprises. He has the ability to create a comfortable learning environment and learners are able to participate freely in class.There are great activities built into the training to encourage team building and co-operation between learners Ron is professional and understands the nuances of diversity and inclusion to be shown in the work force and this is manifested in the training. He has a good feeling of the group dynamics and the learners can feel he has a real passion for learning and development. Ron is open, positive with a great sense of humour. His training sessions are really enjoyed by the learners and we get good feedback.
